All orders shipped within Australia are discretely packaged in either plain satchel's or boxes & . The sender's name appears Discretely as "PCP Distributors P/L".

WE DO NOT mention PassionZone on the package.(No one will know what your package contains)

Delivery of orders within Australia generally is between 3-5 business days. However, On occasions extra time for delivery may be required due to product availability.

Orders under $150: are shipped "regular post" anywhere in Australia for AUD$9.95.

Orders over $150: (not including postage) are shipped anywhere in Australia for FREE.

 

We No longer ship to addresses outside of Australia

Express Post: Under 3kg $15

Some items that are particularly heavy or large may require an additional freight charge. Any products that this applies to will be noted in the description and a quote will be forwarded prior to shipment. 

 

Returns

PassionZone Adult store offers a 30 day replacement warranty for faulty products due to their manufacture. This does not apply to faults that result from mis-use.

Please observe the following before concluding that your product is faulty.

- Ensure you have the batteries in correctly - this is the most common cause of malfunction.

- Make sure the battery cap is firmly closed! (Especially for waterproof products)

- Check battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress - extend them a little.

- Check for corrosion on the battery contacts (a greenish build up on the metal contact)

If, you are satisfied after checking all the above points, your toy is still not working, we will gladly inspect and if found to be faulty we will replace it. Please contact us with details of your purchase. Lingerie & footwear warrants a 7 days from date of purchase return. Should this product prove to be defective during this time, PassionZone will, on proof of purchase, repair or replace the product with the same or similar product at its sole discretion.
